Lost in a forest  in Uraida is a  converted church. It now houses a  wood fired pizza oven and wine lounge  with art  decorating the walls, based on a song by the Cure. A perfect setting to meet this entertaining group of hipsters at the forefront of winemaking in the Basket Range region of the Adelaide Hills. They share a  philosophy of how wine should be made – with wild yeasts, as little added or taken away as possible, lots of skin contact, no filtration, and just the barest addition of sulphur at bottling.
